Employee engagement programs are one of the major activities that TCS HR is involved into. There is a theme attached every month and a special set of activities to go with the theme- 12 special events celebrated at TCS locations worldwide. However some of the major events celebrated each year are-:
Technology Day
- a Day to celebrate technology through technology based quizzes /panel discussions
Sports month
- To encourage sports and fitness related activities amongst associates
TCS picnic
- An opportunity for associates and families to get together and connect
Family Day
- A day out with the family and an opportunity to meet the families of the friends and colleagues
Associate Talent Month
- A day to show case your hidden talents.
